Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company:
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $15 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $18 per hour for a caregiver position in Grand Rapids, MI is somewhat competitive but generally aligns with the lower end of industry standards. According to recent data, caregiving roles in Michigan typically range from $13 to $20 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and specific duties. While this range is on par with entry-level positions, caregivers with specialized skills or certifications often earn higher wages. Given the rising demand for home care services and a focus on quality in caregiving, offering a rate towards the higher end of this range may better attract qualified candidates and ensure retention.
