Job Title: Caregiver 3rd Shift

Company: Homestead

Location: Chesterfield, MI

Pay: $16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Caregiver 3rd Shift” role in Chesterfield, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when considering industry standards for similar positions. According to various labor market sources, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, with factors such as experience, specific duties, and regional demand influencing this range. While $16.50 may be adequate for entry-level roles, it could be seen as less competitive for skilled caregivers, especially those working night shifts, where additional compensation is often expected due to the challenging hours. As such, this rate may not attract experienced professionals in the field.
