Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver 3rd Shift
Company: Oakleigh of Macomb
Location: Washington, MI
Pay: $16.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Caregiver 3rd Shift” position in Washington, MI, appears to be slightly below the average pay for similar roles in the area. As of recent data, caregivers in Michigan typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the job. Factors like the cost of living and demand for caregivers further influence wages, but given the rising expectations and responsibilities within caregiving roles, this rate may not be competitive. Overall, while it is within the general range, for a 3rd shift position that often requires flexibility and overnight work, it might not attract a sufficient number of qualified candidates.
