Caregivers offer a diverse range of services, from basic companion care—such as light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation—to more personal care assistance, including incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Our Caregivers may work various shifts, ranging from 1 to 24 hours, including weekends, nights, and mornings.

We offer competitive pay at $14 per hour, provide monthly schedules, and allow you to choose your available hours. Our training program includes quarterly sessions and individualized training, ensuring that even if you’re a bit out of practice, you’ll feel confident and prepared.

Additional requirements include:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
  • A strong attendance record
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Two references required
  • Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card is mandatory
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training is preferred
