Our Caregivers provide a comprehensive range of services, including basic companion care—such as light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, and meal preparation—as well as more specialized personal care, which encompasses assistance with activities like incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers may work various shifts, from one to twenty-four hours, including weekends and evenings.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $14, flexible scheduling based on your availability, and monthly schedules to help you manage your time effectively. We also provide ongoing training to enhance your skills, ensuring you are well-prepared and supported.
Additional requirements include:
- A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home care setting
- A solid attendance record
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
- Two professional references
- Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card is required
- Ability to pass a background check
- CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR certification is a plus
- Valid car insurance
