The scope of services provided by our Caregivers ranges from basic companionship—including light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation—to more comprehensive personal care, such as assistance with incontinence, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers can expect to work various shifts, including 1-24 hour assignments, across weekends, nights, and mornings.

We offer competitive pay of $14 per hour, along with flexible scheduling where you choose the hours that best fit your availability. Training is provided quarterly as well as on an individual basis, ensuring you feel confident and well-prepared in your role.

Additional requirements include:

– A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home environment
– An excellent attendance record
– Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
– Two professional references
– Direct deposit to a bank account or prepaid card is necessary
– Ability to pass a background check
– CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR certification is a plus
– Valid car insurance
