Job Title: Caregiver

Company: ComForCare

Location: Grand Junction, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a caregiver role in Grand Junction, MI, is generally below the national average, which typically ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. In Michigan, the average hourly wage for caregivers can also vary but tends to hover around $15 to $20 per hour. Given the rising demand for caregiving services and the need for proper training and qualifications, this rate may be considered uncompetitive, particularly for positions requiring specialized skills or certifications. In summary, while $16 is within the lower end of the spectrum for the industry, it may not adequately reflect the responsibilities and challenges associated with the caregiver role in this region.
