Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver / Home Care Aide
Company: Honor
Location: Lewis Center, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a Caregiver / Home Care Aide position in Lewis Center, OH, is generally considered to be on the lower end of the pay spectrum for this role. As of 2023, the national average hourly wage for caregivers ranges from approximately $12 to $20, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job demands. In Ohio, wages tend to reflect local economic conditions, but caregivers with specialized training or significant experience can often command higher pay. Therefore, while the offered rate may be competitive for entry-level positions without additional qualifications, it may not attract more experienced caregivers or those looking for a wage that aligns better with their skills and market trends.
