Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $14 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $17 for a caregiver role in Cleveland, OH, is somewhat below the national average for similar positions, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific job requirements. Factors such as local cost of living, demand for caregivers, and specific duties associated with the role can influence this rate. While it may be competitive for entry-level positions, many experienced caregivers in the area might expect higher compensation, especially considering the increasing demand for home health services. Overall, this rate may attract less experienced candidates but could struggle to retain more seasoned professionals.
