Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Home Instead Senior Care

Location: Hartville, OH

Pay: $16 – 19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 – $19 for a caregiver in Hartville, OH, falls within a competitive range compared to national averages, which typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. This rate is aligned with the industry standards for similar roles in Ohio, where demand for caregivers is increasing due to an aging population. While it may be on the lower end for caregivers with specialized skills or certifications, it appears reasonable for entry-level positions in the area, considering local cost of living and wage expectations. Overall, this rate is competitive, especially for non-medical caregiving roles in smaller communities like Hartville.
