Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH
Pay: $14 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $17 for a caregiver role in Middleburg Heights, OH, is relatively competitive but slightly lower than the national average for similar positions. As of late 2023, the average hourly wage for caregivers in the United States typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. In Ohio, wages can be somewhat lower due to the regional cost of living, but caregivers often earn closer to the higher end of that spectrum, especially in more urban areas. Given this context, while the compensation aligns with local market rates, it could be enhanced to attract more qualified candidates and reflect the growing demand for caregiving services.
