Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team and support our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults across Butler and Warren Counties. We offer a range of non-medical services designed to help seniors remain in their homes while navigating the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Assisting with grooming and bathing
  • Supporting clients with toileting and incontinence needs
  • Reminding clients about medication and appointments
  • Offering care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease
  • Traveling throughout Butler and Warren Counties as required

Caregiver Qualifications:

  • Commitment to treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required for driving clients)

No prior experience is necessary, as skills training will be provided by Home Instead.
