As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
– Maintaining a clean environment, including light housekeeping tasks.
– Complying with all safety and health standards, particularly infection control procedures.
– Assessing changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating any concerns to a supervisor.
– Administering medications and injections to residents as prescribed in their medical charts.
– Following established schedules and assisting residents with repositioning.
– Adhering to procedures for documenting medication administration.
– Utilizing sound judgment to ensure client care and safety.
– Assisting fellow team members as needed.
– Completing all required documentation and charting accurately.
– Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs.
– Obtaining meal trays and providing assistance with eating.
– Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
– Ability to pass a criminal background check.
– High school diploma or GED.
– Reliable transportation.
– Availability to work every other weekend.
