Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Homestead

Location: Shelby Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver role in Shelby Township, MI, is generally considered low compared to industry standards, as average rates for caregivers in similar regions typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience and the specific duties required. In Michigan, the demand for caregivers has been rising due to an aging population, which may further drive wages upward. While $15 may attract some candidates, it may not retain experienced caregivers, potentially leading to high turnover rates and hiring challenges. Overall, increasing the compensation to be more competitive could enhance recruitment and retention efforts.
