Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Homestead

Location: Utica, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver position in Utica, MI, is generally below the national average for similar roles, which typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, caregivers often earn closer to $16 to $18 per hour, especially in urban areas like Utica. Given the increasing demand for caregiving services, especially in light of an aging population, this rate may not be competitive and could result in difficulties attracting qualified candidates. Overall, the compensation appears to fall short of industry standards in the region, suggesting a potential need for adjustment to align with local market expectations.
