Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Homestead
Location: Wayne, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver in Wayne, MI, is generally considered below the national average, which varies widely but often falls between $16 and $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job duties. Factors such as the cost of living in Wayne, state minimum wage laws, and competition from nearby metropolitan areas should also be considered. Given the demanding nature of caregiving responsibilities and the need for qualified workers, this rate may not be competitive, potentially leading to challenges in attracting and retaining skilled caregivers. Therefore, increasing the pay could help align the compensation with industry standards and improve workforce stability.
