Responsibilities as a Caregiver

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care
  • Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Provide personal care services, including support with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence

Requirements

  • A minimum of six months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Availability to work at least two shifts per week with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care and build strong relationships
  • Proficiency in basic English (speaking, reading, and writing); bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Completion of any necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements
  • Proficiency in the Honor Care Pro Mobile App, using a device that supports the latest version of iOS or Android
