As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to:
– Deliver personal care and support to help seniors live safely at home
– Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
– Aid in ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
– Provide medication reminders, document client conditions, and communicate any concerns to a supervisor
– Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways
– Engage clients in enjoyable activities, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Key qualifications for Caregivers include:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Preferred 1 year of experience in a healthcare role
– CPR certification will be provided
– Valid MI driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
– A compassionate demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
