Typical Shift

Your responsibilities will involve traveling to the homes of assigned clients. Client needs vary, and we ensure that Care Professionals are matched to clients based on their specific skills. Duties may include light housekeeping, companionship, assisting with outings, escorting clients to medical appointments, personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and general assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). Please note, skilled nursing tasks such as administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy are not part of the caregiver role. You will never be expected to visit a new client alone; your assigned senior care manager will accompany you on your first visit to provide support and assist in the introduction to the client.
