Job Title: Caregiver/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Washington, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver/Med Tech” role in Washington, MI appears to be below the industry standard for similar positions in that region. As of 2023, caregiver and medical technician wages typically range between $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific job duties. Furthermore, considering the rising cost of living and increased demand for healthcare workers, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract or retain qualified professionals. Therefore, the offered wage may require reevaluation to align with market expectations and ensure adequate staffing.
