Job Title: Caregiver/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Fort Gratiot, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver/Med Tech position in Fort Gratiot, MI, is generally below the average wage for similar roles in the region and nationwide. The national average for caregivers tends to range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities, while Med Tech positions often command higher rates due to additional certifications and responsibilities. In Michigan, rates can vary, but they typically hover around the $15 to $20 mark for similar positions, especially considering the demand for healthcare workers. Therefore, while $15 per hour may attract some candidates, it may not be competitive enough to retain skilled staff and could result in higher turnover rates.
