JCare is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team at our senior living facility in Oak Park, MI. Key Responsibilities:
– Assist residents with personal care needs, including but not limited to dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
– Administer medications as per physicians’ orders.
– Perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
– Engage residents and encourage participation within the community.
– Maintain a clean and safe environment.
– Assess changes in residents’ conditions and communicate findings promptly to supervisors.
– Complete all required documentation and charting accurately.
– Communicate professionally with families, support services, and team members.
– Collaborate with colleagues to assist with their responsibilities.

– Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
