Job Title: Caregiver/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Clinton Township, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, an hourly wage of $15 for a Caregiver/Med Tech position in Clinton Township, MI, is on the lower end of the pay scale for this role. Typically, caregiver positions may range from $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities, while Med Tech roles often command higher wages, sometimes exceeding $18 per hour. In Michigan, the cost of living and local demand for caregiving services can influence wages; however, $15 may not fully reflect the skills and responsibilities required for this combined role, suggesting it may be less competitive and could potentially deter qualified candidates.
