Job Title: Caregiver/Med Tech

Company: Homestead

Location: Marysville, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver/Med Tech” position in Marysville, MI, is generally on the lower end of the spectrum. In Michigan, caregiver salaries typically range from $12 to $20 per hour depending on experience, certification, and specific job duties. Considering the increasing demand for healthcare workers, particularly in caregiving roles, as well as the current inflation rates and living costs, this pay may not be competitive, especially for roles that involve medical technology responsibilities. Overall, while it may attract entry-level applicants, it could struggle to retain qualified candidates without competitive compensation and benefits.
