Homestead Health Care is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our Senior Living Facility in Fort Gratiot, MI. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with care needs, including but not limited to dressing, grooming, bathing, and incontinence care.
  • Administer medications and injections in accordance with physician orders, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including light housekeeping duties.
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate findings to your supervisor.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and charting.
  • Interact professionally with families, support services, and colleagues.
  • Support fellow team members in their responsibilities.
  • Adhere to all safety and health standards, including infection control protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:
