AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver/Med Tech” role in Washington, MI, is generally considered below the competitive standards for this position in the region. As of 2023, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $16 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job requirements.
