Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver/MedTech for Senior Living
Company: Crystal Creek Senior Living
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a Caregiver/MedTech in Canton, MI, is generally considered on the lower end of the spectrum for this role. As of recent data, caregiver positions in Michigan can range from $12 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. In nearby metropolitan areas, rates might be higher due to the cost of living and demand for skilled positions. Therefore, while $16 may be attractive for entry-level candidates, it may not adequately reflect the experience or qualifications required, nor does it align with competitive industry standards in the region.
