Job Title: Caregiver/MedTech for Senior Living

Company: Homestead

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 for a “Caregiver/MedTech for Senior Living” in Canton, MI appears to be slightly below the industry average. As of 2023, caregiver salaries typically range from $15 to $20 per hour depending on factors such as experience, certification, and specific job responsibilities. In Michigan, particularly in suburban areas like Canton, competitive rates often align more toward the upper end of this scale, especially for roles requiring medical technology skills. Therefore, while $16 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it might not attract more experienced candidates or align with the growing demand for skilled caregivers.
