Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver/MedTech
Company: Homestead
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: In Canton, MI, an hourly rate of $15 for a Caregiver/MedTech position is generally considered below the competitive market average. As of late 2023, wages for similar roles in the area tend to range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, the demand for healthcare workers, including caregivers and medical technicians, has remained high, often pushing wages upward to attract and retain qualified personnel. Therefore, while $15 may be acceptable for entry-level roles or less demanding positions, it may not sufficiently align with prevailing industry standards, potentially limiting the recruitment pool for prospective employers.
