We currently have midnight shifts available from 10 PM to 6 AM, with opportunities for career progression as we start all employees in caregiving roles and provide the necessary training to advance into Med Tech positions.

As a caregiver with us, your responsibilities will include:

– Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
– Maintaining cleanliness within the living environment, which may involve light housekeeping.
– Complying with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
– Assessing changes in resident condition and communicating any concerns promptly to your supervisor.
– Administering medications and injections to residents as per medical charts.
– Following schedules to assist residents with repositioning.
– Documenting medications in accordance with established procedures.
– Exercising sound judgment in providing care and ensuring resident safety.
– Assisting other team members in their duties.
– Completing all required documentation and charting.
– Answering call lights and assessing resident needs.
– Obtaining meal trays and offering assistance during mealtimes.
– Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements for this position include:

– Ability to pass a criminal background check.
– A high school diploma or GED.
– Reliable transportation.
– Availability to work every other weekend.
