We currently have midnight shifts available from 10 PM to 6 AM. Each caregiver begins their journey with us in this position, with the opportunity for advancement to a Med Tech role through our comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist residents with daily living activities, including transferring, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
– Maintain a clean and safe environment, which may include light housekeeping duties.
– Adhere to all safety and health standards, including infection control protocols.
– Monitor and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the supervisor promptly.
– Administer medications and injections according to medical charts.
– Follow scheduled duties, including repositioning residents to ensure comfort and safety.
– Accurately document medication administration following established procedures.
– Exercise good judgment in providing care and ensuring resident safety.
– Collaborate with team members to support their responsibilities.
– Complete all required documentation and charting accurately.
– Respond to call lights and assess residents’ needs promptly.
– Assist residents with meals, including providing meal trays and help with eating.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
– Successful completion of a criminal background check.
– High school diploma or GED.
– Reliable transportation to our facility.
– Availability to work every other weekend.
