We currently have shifts available during the midnight hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. Each caregiver starts in this role with opportunities for advancement, including training to become a Med Tech.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, which may involve light housekeeping tasks.
  • Complying with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures.
  • Assessing changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicating observations to your supervisor.
  • Administering medications and injections according to medical charts.
  • Following schedules and assisting residents with repositioning as needed.
  • Adhering to procedures for documenting medication administration.
  • Exercising good judgment in all client care and safety matters.
  • Supporting team members in the execution of their duties.
  • Completing all required documentation and charting.
  • Responding to call lights and assessing residents’ needs.
  • Assisting with meal trays and helping residents during meals.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work every other weekend is mandatory.
