Key Responsibilities:
As an On-Call Caregiver, you will ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality care in the absence of their regular caregivers. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.
- Offering mobility support and medication reminders.
- Demonstrating adaptability as you work in varied environments, including clients’ homes and facilities, and addressing more complex care needs such as transfers, incontinence care, and medical equipment support.
Qualifications:
- Availability: Must be available at least 3-4 days per week, including weekends, and respond promptly to on-call requests.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a caregiver role, with personal care experience.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in diverse settings, whether in clients’ homes or facilities.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation and a commitment to exceptional care.
