Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Senior Helpers

Location: Wilmington, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a caregiver in Wilmington, OH, is generally considered below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. In Ohio, caregiver wages can vary significantly based on the region, but they often align closer to the $15-$20 range due to demand and inflation. While this rate might be competitive for entry-level positions or small agencies, it may fall short in attracting experienced caregivers or meeting living wage standards in the area. Overall, this rate may need to be adjusted to better align with industry standards and ensure retention of qualified staff.
