Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Sunrise Senior Living
Location: Troy, MI
Pay: $19.65 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, the hourly rate of $19.65 for a caregiver in Troy, MI, is generally considered competitive within the context of the industry. Caregiver wages can vary widely based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities, but in Michigan, the average hourly wage for caregivers typically ranges from $15 to $20. In metropolitan areas like Troy, which is part of the Detroit metropolitan region with a higher cost of living, rates may skew higher. Therefore, $19.65 is aligned with or slightly above the average for similar positions in the area, indicating it is a reasonable compensation for caregivers, particularly those with some level of experience or certification.
