Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver – Weekly Pay
Company: Honor
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15 – 15.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $15.50 for a “Caregiver – Weekly Pay” position in Columbus, OH, is relatively competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards. According to data from various sources, including job boards and industry reports, caregiver wages in Ohio typically range from $13 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities. While the offered rate is within the common range, it may not be sufficient to attract skilled caregivers, especially given the rising cost of living and increased demand for care services. Overall, while this pay rate is somewhat in line with the market, it could benefit from an increase to enhance competitiveness and retain quality staff.
