Responsibilities:
The Carpenter will be responsible for the cutting, shaping, and installation of building materials for construction, remodeling, or repair in both residential and light commercial environments. Successful candidates will have experience as residential carpenters and a positive attitude. Key responsibilities include:

  • Constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, plywood, and wall fixtures.
  • Identifying and determining appropriate materials and quantities for new and existing projects.
  • Evaluating customer requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and effectively communicating work orders.

Requirements:

  • Current driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check.
  • Own tools, vehicle, and provide good references.
  • Relevant experience in remodeling or home repair trades.
  • Successful completion of the screening process.
  • Independent Contractors are required to carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation.
  • Must possess a smartphone and have internet access.
