No prior restaurant experience is necessary for this entry-level position; we welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including customer service associates, retail team members, cashiers, restaurant servers, kitchen leads, cooks, and drive-thru cashiers. Each new Restaurant Crewmember will receive paid training to ensure they are well-equipped for success and growth in their career with us.
Within your first year, you have the opportunity to earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations.
