Our morning Sales Associates, typically starting between 5 AM and 7 AM, play a crucial role in establishing the day’s momentum during our busiest hours. Responsibilities:

  • Greet every customer warmly and operate the register both accurately and efficiently.
  • Become proficient in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while adhering to all age verification and legal standards.
  • Provide exceptional service and encourage upselling to enhance sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety inside and outside the store, which includes:
    • Thoroughly cleaning high-usage restrooms
    • Sanitizing gas pump nozzles, screens, and water buckets
    • Collecting litter from the floor and parking lot
    • Disposing of trash in varying weather conditions
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing and well-presented.
  • Uphold a clean and organized store environment by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways.
  • Be open to cross-training in other departments, such as the deli, as required.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Exhibit teamwork and offer assistance whenever necessary.

Qualifications:
