Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet every customer warmly and operate the register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop expertise in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, adhering to all age verification and legal requirements.
  • Provide friendly service and seek opportunities to upsell, contributing to increased sales.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment both inside and outside the store by:
    • Performing deep cleans of high-traffic restrooms.
    • Sanitizing gas pump nozzles, screens, and water buckets.
    • Picking up litter and trash throughout the facility and surrounding area.
    • Disposing of trash in all weather conditions.
  • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure merchandise is appealing and adequately stocked.
  • Uphold an organized store by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways.
  • Be open to cross-training in various departments, including the deli, as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
