Our third-shift Sales Associates, typically scheduled from 10 PM to 6 AM, play a crucial role in maintaining smooth store operations overnight, often as the sole employee on site. This position is perfect for individuals who are confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously for extended periods.

In this role, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including deep cleaning restrooms, managing waste disposal, stocking shelves, and ensuring the fuel area is well-maintained. Additionally, you will assist any late-night customers while ensuring the store remains secure, clean, and prepared for the following day. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and prefer a quieter, independent work environment, this shift is tailored for you. The ability to stay alert, make sound decisions, and manage your responsibilities without direct supervision is essential for success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting each customer with a warm smile and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Mastering regulations concerning lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales to ensure compliance with age verification and legal requirements.
  • Providing friendly service and upselling products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment both inside and outside the store, including:
    • Deep cleaning frequently used restrooms
    • Sanitizing gas pumps, including nozzles, screens, and water buckets
    • Collecting litter and trash from the indoor and outdoor areas
    • Ensuring proper waste disposal in various weather conditions
  • Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise appealing and well-presented.
  • Keeping the store organized through regular cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining entryways.
  • Willingly cross-training in additional departments, such as deli, as needed.
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:
