About the Position:
We are seeking team members who can work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End. The compensation for this position ranges from $10.53 to $14.74 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service, which encompasses:
- Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assist them in creating their ideal meal solutions
- Maintaining product knowledge, including store-wide offerings and weekly promotional items, to effectively support guests across departments
- Cultivating a welcoming shopping environment by merchandising and replenishing products throughout the day while ensuring guest assistance is readily available
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner, in compliance with uniform standards
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for providing extraordinary service
- Must be at least 16 years of age
