Job Title: Catering Party Planning Manager

Company: Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace

Location: Livonia, MI

Pay: $19 – 21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 to $21 for a “Catering Party Planning Manager” in Livonia, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for catering and event planning roles. According to industry standards, particularly in suburban and metropolitan areas, similar positions often command hourly rates ranging from $25 to $35 or more, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Given factors like cost of living in Michigan and the increasing demand for skilled event planners, this compensation may struggle to attract qualified candidates and could be considered non-competitive compared to regional averages. Thus, the offered rate may need to be reassessed to align with market expectations and attract the right talent.
