As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests experience an exceptional level of service, specifically by assisting them at points of sale on event days.

Location: Sodexo Live Offices – Off the Loading Dock at Fifth Third Arena
Open Interviews: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 1 PM at the University of Cincinnati, 2571 O’Varsity Way, Cincinnati, OH 45219

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and direction to the banquet catering staff to ensure customer service adheres to Sodexo Live! standards and policies.
  • Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to Banquet Leads while monitoring servers as they serve a range of pre-made or freshly prepared snacks, beverages, and entrée items from Sodexo Live!’s menu.
  • Contribute to the goal of establishing Sodexo Live! as the top choice in event hospitality and the leading employer through personal commitment and exemplary leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a dynamic setting.
  • Capability to stand and maintain well-paced mobility in often confined spaces.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
