Compensation:
- Hourly pay at $25.55
- Retention bonus of $12,000 for qualified CDL-A drivers
Schedule:
- Dispatch time between 3-6 AM
- 10-12 hour shifts for 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers, ensuring timely deliveries
- Unload products using equipment such as two-wheelers and pallet jacks, placing items in designated areas
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures
- Handle collections and payments as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of driving equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs during each shift
- Comfort in driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift)
Qualifications:
- Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is mandatory
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Valid CDL Class A license from the state of residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- At least six months of commercial driving experience, or three months in food and beverage delivery
- Ability to operate manual transmission preferred, as required for certain locations
- Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, including understanding traffic signs and responding to inquiries
