Job Title: Clare Bridge Caregiver

Company: Brookdale Portage MC (MI)

Location: Portage, MI

Pay: $16 – 16.88 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $16.88 for a “Clare Bridge Caregiver” in Portage, MI, is generally considered competitive, though it may be slightly below the national median for similar caregiver roles, which typically ranges from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience, location, and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, caregiver wages can vary, but the average tends to hover around the $15 to $17 per hour mark, making this rate fairly average for the region. Additionally, factors such as benefits, work environment, and opportunities for advancement play a significant role in overall compensation attractiveness. Therefore, while competitive, this pay scale might not stand out significantly in a market where higher wages can be found, especially in urbanized areas or facilities facing staffing shortages.
