Job Description
Job Title: Clare Bridge Caregiver
Company: Brookdale Senior Living
Location: Monroe, MI
Pay: $16 – 16.88 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $16.88 for the “Clare Bridge Caregiver” position in Monroe, MI appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for caregiving roles in the region. According to industry standards, caregiver wages typically range from $12 to $20 per hour, influenced by factors such as experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the care facility. In Monroe, MI, wages can be slightly higher due to living costs and competition within the healthcare sector. Therefore, while the offered rate is within the general range, it may not be fully competitive, especially considering potential alternative employment opportunities and the need for skilled caregiving work.
