Job Description
Job Title: Clare Bridge Caregiver
Company: Brookdale Senior Living
Location: Monroe, MI
Pay: $16 – 16.88 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $16.88 for the “Clare Bridge Caregiver” role in Monroe, MI appears to be slightly below the average wage for similar caregiver positions in the region, which typically range from $17 to $20 per hour. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level or less experienced caregivers, it may not attract more seasoned professionals or align with the cost of living and demand for caregivers in the area. Given the increasing emphasis on quality care for the aging population, potential candidates may seek higher compensation or enhanced benefits, indicating that this rate could hinder recruitment efforts in a competitive market.
