Job Title: Class A CDL Route Driver
Company: Clean Harbors
Location: Romulus, MI
Pay: $24 – 26 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $24 to $26 for a “Class A CDL Route Driver” in Romulus, MI, is competitive and aligns well with industry standards. As of my last knowledge update, the average pay for Class A drivers in Michigan typically ranges from $21 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, route complexity, and company specifics. Given that Romulus is near Detroit, a region with a higher cost of living, this wage falls within a reasonable range, particularly for less experienced drivers. Additionally, considering factors like local demand for truck drivers and potential overtime opportunities, this rate can be appealing, especially if accompanied by benefits or incentives.
