Join our team and build a rewarding career within a leading foodservice organization. We are currently offering a $12,000 retention bonus for qualified CDL-A drivers.

Compensation:
Hourly pay of $25.55, with the potential to reach $28.55 based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:
Expected dispatch from 3-6 AM with shifts lasting 10-12 hours over a five-day work week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Unload products accurately using appropriate equipment, ensuring placement in designated storage areas.
  • Verify delivery accuracy, obtaining necessary signatures from customers.
  • Manage collections and payments as required.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull weights ranging from 20 to 80+ lbs.
  • Comfortable driving in various weather conditions and managing frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Possession of a valid CDL Class A license issued by your state, along with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
  • Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience, or three months in the food and/or beverage delivery sectors.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred, as it may be required in certain locations.
  • Proficiency in English, including the ability to converse, comprehend highway signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports.
